The Leverage Methodology – EMPOWER

The primary purpose of an implementation methodology is to provide a structure and framework for getting you up and running with the solution as quickly and cost effectively as possible whilst minimising risk.

At Leverage, we use a 7 step methodology called EMPOWER because that’s exactly what it does – it empowers our project team (made up of people from Leverage and your key people) to drive a successful implementation delivered on time and on budget.

Each step in the process has a clear set of deliverables and is documented to ensure that everone is on the same page when it comes time to move to the next phase after successfully completing the previous phase. The definition of success is clearly documented and agreed in the team and any variations of scope, cost or timing are captured, communicated and agreed to.

This enables all of us to work in a “No Surprises” environment which makes for happy team members and a smooth implementation.
